IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 32(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 8. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Brice objected. Representative Brice placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. Representative Brice withdrew the objection.
